On behalf of the famous Italian company BERETTA, the ALLIANCE Group prepared establishing of an Italian-Russian joint venture company in Russia to manufacture sporting and hunting rifles and shotguns under the Beretta trademark. This preparation included selection of the Russian partner and production site for the JV company, recruitment of personnel for the JV company, preliminary selection of its product line.
